•Joseph Schoeninger has been a pioneer for global youth culture in many areas, continents and genres. Winning several national youth author awards in Austria, he was one of the youngest radio news host of ORF, Austrian Broadcasting in Vienna. He moved on to become the the first speaker and promoter of the rising „ISF Snowboarding World Tour Circuit“, a US/European youth sports movement that is inspired by its outfits, board designs, its own art & music culture, and gone mainstream with ESPN‘s X-Games and the Olympic Games integration in 2002.

•In 2000 he founded „The Nea Awards“ in Munich, the world‘s first action sports awards honoring excellence in 10 various boardriding and youth action sports. A highly successful internationally televised show, with integrated web-public voting, funded by corporate advertising and attended by 120 nominees, 300 journalists and 2000 guests from 35 countries.

•Joseph continued to work as a creative television & special event producer in the early 2000s, signed by CAA, Creative Artists, Beverly Hills, working and living in L.A., NYC, Maui and Munich, working for clients such as MTV Networks and Red Bull Energy Drink.

•Founded BEAUTIFUL DAYS PRODUCTIONS in 2004, creating marketing strategies & content for board riding culture, integral human health and environmental health.

•In 2006 Joseph signed on as marketing consultant for „Women‘s World Awards“ in NYC, a celebrity-driven award show initiative co-founded by Mikhail Gorbachev.

•2007-2009 Joseph worked as senior environmental consultant to BILLABONG INTERNATIONAL, the world leading surf fashion group

•Author of "Surfing the body - osteopathic medicine", illustrated book co-authored with leading German osteopath D.O. Thomas Klein
